By using any service provided by V&V Shipping, the customer agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. By proceeding with our services, the customer confirms they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full. Continued use of our services constitutes ongoing acceptance.
V&V Shipping provides courier and logistics services including but not limited to:
Shipping services from the USA to Jamaica
Package handling and coordination
Free package pickup at designated locations
Delivery coordination where applicable
Customer shipment updates and communication
V&V Shipping reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at its discretion without prior notice.
Shipments from the USA to Jamaica are conducted approximately three (3) times per week. Shipping schedules are estimates only and may change due to airline schedules, customs processing, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.
Customers may collect packages free of charge at the following locations:
Mandeville
Spalding
Christiana
Kingston (UWI area)
Delivery outside these locations may be facilitated through third-party courier services at the customer’s expense.
All shipments are transported at the customer’s own risk.
V&V Shipping assumes limited liability for loss, damage, delays, or errors related to shipments.
Responsibility begins once a package is received at our warehouse or designated pickup point and ends once the package is handed over to the customer or third-party courier.
V&V Shipping is not responsible for:
Vendor or retailer errors
Incorrect information provided by customers
Packages lost before reaching our possession
Delays or damages caused by airlines, customs, or third parties
V&V Shipping is not responsible for damage caused by improper packaging by vendors, senders, or customers.
Fragile items including electronics, glass, liquids, cosmetics, or breakable goods are shipped entirely at the owner’s risk.
Customers must ensure shipped items comply with all local and international laws.
Prohibited items include but are not limited to:
Illegal drugs or controlled substances
Firearms, ammunition, or weapons
Hazardous or flammable materials
Counterfeit goods
Pornographic or obscene materials
Perishable foods
Live animals
Cash or negotiable instruments
Prohibited items may be confiscated without refund. V&V Shipping assumes no liability for resulting penalties.
Customers are responsible for all customs declarations, duties, taxes, and government fees.
V&V Shipping is not responsible for customs delays, inspections, seizures, or additional charges.
Customers who refer new clients may receive a $100 referral reward once the referred customer spends at least $3,500 using V&V Shipping services.
Referral rewards may be issued as credit or applied to future shipments. Terms may change without notice.
Accepted payment methods may include:
Cash
Bank transfer
Approved digital payment methods
Full payment must be completed before package release or delivery. Payments are generally non-refundable once processing begins.
Claims must be submitted in writing within 72 hours of notification or package receipt.
Supporting documentation (invoices, photos, proof of value) may be required.
WhatsApp or verbal complaints alone do not constitute formal claims.
Packages not collected within 7 days may incur storage fees.
Packages uncollected after 30 days may incur additional charges.
Packages uncollected after 60 days may be disposed of to recover costs. Customers remain responsible for outstanding balances.
V&V Shipping reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting.
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between V&V Shipping and the customer and supersede all prior agreements or understandings.
